Fireworks,fireworks..more fireworks please..

Hubby was on half day Yesterday, Happy? Of course lah..but I din really expect him to be back that early as I hadn't cooked anyhthing yet..:-P

But this is good thing also cuz later that day after Isyak we made a plan to go out till midnite..Ohh Its not a date guyz,dun get me wrong cuz we brought Haziq along with us.

It was quite late actually when we came up with that plan,hubby insisted tat we go to Mustafa Center tat night but I was kinda reluctant cuz I thot it wasn't a good idea as its almost 9pm and once we reached there it would be crowded and with Haziq around would juz make it worse. You know this notty boy of mine would do,he juz can't sit still inside his pram,'nanti baik kita nak tengok2 barang,dia pulak hilang ntah ke mane..' Yeah I tell you Haziq is like that,especially if he saw young children playing,he simply can't resist joining in the play and plus with a big crowds,I'm afraid we might lost him. So we cancelled tat plan.

So after much thinking we decided it would be better tat we go to a place where we could relax and have fun with Haziq getting the same. And at around 9 plus gitu kita pon siap2,and I tell you it was quite rushing for me.

We were already at Bedok MRT station when I realized something was missing.
And *Urgghh* the digicam wasn't with me..*sighed*..panik campur sedih..I forgot to put the digicam inside my bag...*uwaargh*..haiz rasa mcm nak patah balik rumah pulak ambik camera..I told myself mcmane bleh terlupa gitu..'This can't be happening cuz I NEVER even once forget to bring it everytime we went for an outing like this.'

I was already not in the mood to continue the journey till City Hall,hubby asked me where did I actually put it at? I told him I was looking for Haziq pacifier to bring along and while looking frantically,I might had forgotten about the digicam..What a forgetful me!!

Reached City Hall MRT station at 10 plus. Made our way by walking thru The Padang,and once we arrived at The Merlion there,we could see such a crowds there..we were wondering how come eh? As if those people were waiting for a countdown gitu..There were some people even standby their cameras along the fence.. 'Ahh ni lagik buat aku stress,looking at those cameras,made me feel so frustrated tat I forgot to bring my own camera' :-(

So we assumed to ourselve there muz be something that keeping them so late there.
We were guessing tat there could be something like fireworks or what to greet their Lunar New year..so we hanged around there and wait.

And we made the right choice to wait.

Few minutes before 12 midnite we saw a huge boat coming towards us,that boat was full of lightings and it stopped exactly at the center of the river and tat makes us even more anxious on what's gonna happen next..

Ahh true enough,when the clock strucked midnite..Booom!! Pop!!Pop!! the fireworks go!!...Wah Haziq bukan main hepi lagik dpt tengok bunga api yg meletup2 on the air..hekhekhek..

This continues for about 10-15 minutes and I tell you,we really did enjoy this whole scenes..It was so wonderful with weather so bright,and I told hubby if this is really a yearly celebration for the Chinese New Year,I thought it would be great if we could come again next year and I'll make sure I wun forget the DIGICAM...

Later we headed down to Lau Pa Sat. We had our late supper there before making our way back home taking the NIGHT RIDER 16M to our home at Bedok. It took about 45 minutes to reach our destination and by the time we reached home Haziq was soundly asleep on hubb's shoulder.

I was glad that this midnite outing is not something to regret..heeeheee dpt tgk bunga api lah!! Nasib tk pegi Mustafa Center kalau tak melepas seh..lol.
